Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

By using Yerjung you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Yerjung provides web apps for small shops. We are still improving them, so features may change, move or be retired. While we are in beta the service is free; if we introduce paid plans we will tell you first and you can decide whether to continue.

Accounts

  • Accounts are created by our team. Give us accurate information.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the staff accounts you create.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

Your data

You own the data you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you. You can export your sales and stock at any time. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details and for using them lawfully.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • break the law or use Yerjung for anything fraudulent or harmful;
  • try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe or overload our systems;
  • upload malware or content you have no right to share;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Payments in your shop

Yerjung can show a PromptPay QR code and record sales, but it does not process payments or hold money. Payments happen directly between you and your customer. Check the amount and that the money arrived.

Availability and backups

We work to keep Yerjung running but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own records of anything critical, and use the export to make copies.

Ending things

You can stop using Yerjung at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will explain why when we can.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Yerjung is not liable for indirect or lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, which is zero while the service is free. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users. Continuing to use Yerjung after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
